Delivery & Returns


Standard delivery within Mainland GB is £6.95 with our shipping partners Royal Mail, DPD, and our special courier service for larger items.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and payment received.

Standard delivery time is between 2-7 working days

If you require next day delivery please email us getintouch@lolapalooza.co.uk and we can certainly arrange this for you, orders must be placed by 12 noon the day before you require the delivery to arrive.

If a next day delivery is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will not be despatched until the Monday, therefore will not arrive until the Tuesday.

Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days. On the weekends we will be drinking Gin.

We appreciate it is frustrating not to have a phone number to call at present, but please be assured we will do everything we can to assist you via email, and we can offer a call back service.

Standard Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) is £20.00 standard for all regular size parcels, and items such as furniture or larger items will require a quote on request.

Large Items

Furniture, large and fragile items such as mirrors weighing over 30kg will all require a delivery quote on request. Delivery times will vary for items such as these. Please email us getintouch@lolapalooza.co.uk so that we can arrange the best delivery quote for you.

Times and dates for delivery are stated as an estimate only. Lolapalooza London Ltd will make every effort to ensure goods are dispatched on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

All delivery charges are subject to change and our customer service team will contact you dispatching your parcel should this be the case.

Part Shipment of an order

If there is an item which is out of stock, but due to be in our warehouse within 48 hours, your whole order will be held and dispatched together.

If the delay is longer than 48 hours, your order will be part dispatched.

The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back ordered.

Some items are not available for next day delivery in the UK due to their size or weight, and may not be available for international delivery.

International Shipping

We do ship worldwide, however, all parcels must be quoted for individually in order for us to get the best shipping prices for you. Once your order has been placed, it will be on hold until we get in touch with you providing shipping quotes so that you can choose your preferred method. A paypal invoice will be sent to you separate to your order for you to make the payment. We will then ship your item(s) out once all the funds have cleared and provide you with your tracking number via email.

Exchanges & Returns

If we ship something to you that is wrong or damaged – we apologise!

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item that you have received, or have simply changed your mind, we will refund you in full for your purchase (minus the shipping cost). You can return a product for refund, or exchange, within the below stated timeframe of 14 days.

Please email us on getintouch@lolapalooza.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return your order.

Please return the item to us, in “as new” condition: in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date is contained in the shipment confirmation sent to you by email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Made to order/bespoke products are non-refundable.

Please note: When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend for you to post the parcel by Recorded Delivery or ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge).
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Wrong product or damaged in transit?

If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us, as we might need to ask you to return it to us in “as-new” condition: In its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date. The order shipment date is provided to you by email.

If we request you to return the damaged item(s) to us, we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever you require and depending upon availability, only after we received the faulty item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid to return the item(s) only when the item(s) is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
