These terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.lolapalooza.co.uk website which is operated by Lolapalooza London ltd. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.lolapalooza.co.uk website, as well as telephone orders. These terms and conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity.

When you place an order, we will require your name, e-mail address and payment details. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
An email confirmation is only a confirmation that we have received your order and/or payment. It is not an acceptance of your order and we retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order; including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges.
A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between Lolapalooza and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
– The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
– Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
– The identification of a pricing or product description error
– Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
– If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including but not limited to hazardous weather and accidents.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone and you will have 72 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services email@example.com.
If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Delivery & Returns section.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged, or wrongly despatched item.
All prices published are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the situation at the exact moment you place an order. The images shown online and in catalogues are for illustration purposes only. Many products are also shown with additional props but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.
Sale prices are valid from the time that it displays online and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order. If an item was purchased at full price, it will need to be returned in the appropriate way and then reordered.
We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we will not always be taking back orders on any of these items. Due to the fact our stock levels are updated periodically, a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch.
All payments are processed through Paypal.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
– Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
– Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
– Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
We do accept international payment over the phone or via our website.
Please note that all international delivery charges will vary and these will be calculated at checkout. Lolapalooza London Ltd is not liable for any import taxes or customs charges.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
Free delivery promotions are valid on mainland UK orders only. Unfortunately this excludes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish islands and Republic of Ireland.
You may use published promotional codes through our website only unless otherwise stated and not in conjunction with any other offer. You may participate in offers once only. Promotional codes are not valid against shipping rates. In the case of part-refunds, a percentage of the item’s value will be calculated and refunded as per the total order value. Promotional codes may only be redeemed against in-stock items and cannot be retained for usage beyond their date of expiry. Where a minimum spend is stipulated, this refers to the order subtotal exclusive of shipping.
We are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to an order once the sale has been made.
We reserve the right to cancel any promotion, offer or promotional code after seven working days of publication.
Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If an undamaged item is returned to us outside of the 28 day time frame, a credit note (valid for 1 year) will be issued, at the discretion of Lolapalooza London Ltd.
We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund/replacement or exchange via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our Warehouse. However, returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If it’s not possible we will contact you via phone or email.
Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you. This also applies if an item has not been packaged properly and has been damaged in transit back to us. We may issue a partial refund via credit note at the discretion of Lolapalooza London Ltd.
If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. Please contact our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment.
Many of our products are Vintage, hand-made and/or have a unique finish, shape, colour, natural imperfections, texture and may vary from the picture you see on our website, and/or from one product to the other if you order more than one. Dimensions may also slightly vary. Vintage furniture items may be in need of repair as stated in the descriptions, these items are sold as seen and Lolapalooza London cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage resulting from items which are clearly stated in need of repair.
“Sheepskin” products are made from 100% natural hide.
Refunds and Exchanges
It can take up to 7 working days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our Warehouse.
We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund/replacement or exchange via email. This is usually done within 5 working days of receiving your return into our Warehouse. During busy periods, please allow up to 21 days for your return to be received and processed.
Refunds – Your refund will be issued via the original method of payment. (If your original payment card has expired, please provide us with your new card’s expiry date only. Please do not send any other card details.)
Exchanges – If you wish to return an item for an exchange and the exchanged item is of a lower value then a refund will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, then our Customer Service Team will be in touch to take the additional payment required.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt of delivery, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving the parcel, or within 30 days should the fault develop after receipt.
Returning an item
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.
Please ensure that you include the Returns Slip within the parcel.
Returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that never reach us.
If you wish to purchase a bespoke sourced product, once the order confirmation has been agreed and paid for, the contract may not be cancelled or refunded.
Furniture ordered with a customer’s own fabric or material cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Lolapalooza London Ltd does not look to exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence or that of its employees, agents, members or directors or for any misrepresentation that is fraudulent.
All product names, copy, product images, buttons, website graphics are copyright of Lolapalooza London Ltd. No unauthorised use of copy, product tiles or product images may be used without express permission or approval by Lolapalooza London Ltd.
Many of our items including large pieces of furniture and mirrors may sell out quickly or be limited in availability.
Where a product is not in stock, it may have been of limited quantity and we cannot re-stock, however, please do email us email@example.com to see if we can help sourcing a very similar item for you through Lola’s bespoke shopping service.
