Delivery
Our standard delivery covers mainland UK and varies depending on the weight of the parcel. Royal Mail is our main service provider and supplies a tracking number with each shipment.

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and payment received. Lola's Leads are made to order and have a lead time of up to 2 weeks.
Standard delivery time is between 2-7 working days.
If you require next day delivery please email us at getintouch@lolapalooza.co.uk and we can certainly arrange this for you, orders must be placed by 12 noon the day before you require the delivery to arrive.
If a next day delivery is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will not be despatched until Monday, therefore will not arrive until Tuesday.
All deliveries are made during working days, Monday - Friday, orders made on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We appreciate it is frustrating not to have a phone number to call at present, but please be assured we will do everything we can to assist you via email, and we can offer a call back service.
Standard Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) is £20.00 standard for all regular size parcels, and items such as furniture, larger or fragile items will require a quote on request.
Large & Fragile Items
When purchasing a large or fragile item the shipping will be sent in a separate invoice after purchase. Once we have received payment for the shipping your item will be processed. If your order contains large and small items, you will be charged at checkout for the small items and sent a separate large-item invoice. Delivery times will vary.

Times and dates for delivery are stated as an estimate only. Lolapalooza London Ltd will make every effort to ensure goods are dispatched on time but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
All delivery charges are subject to change and we will contact you should this be the case.
Part Shipment of an order
If there is an item that is out of stock, but due to being in our warehouse within 48 hours, your whole order will be held and dispatched together.
If the delay is longer than 48 hours, your order will be part dispatched.
The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

Exceptions
Some items are not available for next day delivery in the UK due to their size or weight, and may not be available for international delivery.
International Shipping
We do ship worldwide, however, all parcels must be quoted individually in order for us to get the best shipping prices for you. Once your order has been placed, it will be on hold until we get in touch with you providing shipping quotes so that you can choose your preferred method. An invoice will be sent to you separately for your order for you to make the payment. We will then ship your item(s) out once all the funds have cleared and provide you with your tracking number via email. Lolapalooza is a non VAT registered company and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
