The Junglevine Foundation

We're excited to be introducing you all to our new range of Junglevine products! This range supports local Laos artisans and is made from sustainable material and an added bonus of lots of colour!

The JungleVine® Foundation and their sister organisation in Laos, the Lao JungleVine® Production Promotion Co. Ltd., work with indigenous Khmu artisans in Laos to promote, market, and sell their JungleVine® handicrafts all over the world. The two organisations share a common mission; to connect these remote isolated tribal communities with the global marketplace. Their work helps reduces poverty in rural Laos, preserves an ancient craft, and mitigates global climate change through the promotion of JungleVine® fibre.

The essence of their purpose is linking the Khmu tribe of Northern Laos with the rest of the world. The economic foundation of these linkages is marketing Earth’s Greenest Bag™ an organic tote that is rugged, elastic and versatile. Proved by thousands of years of sustainability, it has as much relevance today as humans today work to survive on our planet as it did 5,000 years ago.
