Please note : By booking one of our courses you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, which are as follows:

Once we have received your booking, we will be unable to swap or cancel, so please ensure you are available on the date selected.

If there are any circumstances that lead to you being unable to attend the event, the cancellation charge is as follows: 

You may cancel a booking within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation provided the appointment is not due to take place in the next 72 hours. In such cases we can offer you a full refund. If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 72 hours, you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note.

Cancellation 31 days or more prior to the course date; you will receive 50% of the fee, unless your place is re-filled.

Cancellation within 30 days of the course date, we will be unable to refund any of the fee, unless your place is refilled 

Sometimes we have a waitlist for courses and may be able to re-fill your spot. However, if you have someone to take your place, please let us know their name, number and email as soon as possible.

If you would like to protect yourself from the cancellation fee, we recommend using a separate course insurance over.

Please note, we hold the right to cancel an event if necessary and refund the ticket price.
